+ Can I track my order? 

Yes, once your order is shipped a email will be sent to you with your tracking number. In the off chance you don't receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped please contact us.

 

+ Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you want to cancel or change anything about your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure the order hasn't been sent.

Changes to your order can be address, size, quantity, or design.

+ Why haven't I gotten a confirmation of my order? 

This can happen for the following reasons.

• Payment method either didn't go through or was incorrect

• Invalid zip code or address

• Too many credit card attempts

 

+ What happens if my order doesn't arrive? 

Please allow up to 5 days after expected delivery before reaching out. If after that window your order still hasn't arrived please contact us so we can help.

 

+ Is there any sizing information? 

Under every product description there will be a sizing guide that is specific to the product.

 

+ Is there a certain way I should wash my clothes? 

Our designs are made with high quality materials that last are durable. To get the most out of your clothes it is recommended that you wash with cold water with the clothes inside out. And dry low heat and on delicate. To prevent shrinking air drying is the best method. 

 

+ How long will it take to receive my order? 

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. We make our products for each order so please allow up to a week for your order to ship. After your order ships expect your order to arrive within 5-12 days.

 

+ Can I get free shipping

You can get FREE shipping on any U.S order over $75.

Anything under that amount will have to pay standard shipping rate which is calculated at checkout.
